Beach Meditation
Opportunities to awaken early, arise, and it's great to do some meditation on the beach with Dharmavandana and friends.
Spacious beach meditation
7.30 - 8.15am
Dates :- TBA
Venue: Holywell (west end) of the beach, near toilet/beach huts. Meet at the section beyond the end of the promenade i.e. where white cliffs start. In case of rain go to the nearest shelter or Italian gardens. Please bring warm clothing, blanket and something to sit on and a flask of tea.
